Worawa has a strong volunteer program which has provided support to the College in its land re-vegetation program and general campus maintenance and development. Volunteers also assist students within the classroom setting. Volunteers are supported by the Worawa Volunteer Coordinator who organises timetables and resources.
Prospective volunteers are asked to attend an interview where interviewers establish if the aims of the volunteer are compatible with the aims of the College. All volunteers are required to have Working with Children clearance from the Department of Justice, a First Aid certificate and endorsed driver’s license.
If you are interested in volunteering, please contact reception on (03) 5962 4344 and you will be directed to the appropriate person.
